Cancellation Policy
Before booking an appointment please read carefully.
Please be advised that I will be taking clients Monday through Friday from 8 am to 10 am for a Mani or Pedi only. This is limited to 1 client. Please call or text me at 347-759-9744/646-852-8215 so that I can accommodate you the best way I can from Monday through Friday. I will have one booking slot after 8:30 pm Monday through Friday only. Saturday and Sunday I have more flexibility for multiple services and time slots if needed. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you kindly for your cooperation.
Please be advised that a Non Refundable Deposit is required at booking. This will require a card to be on file when booking your service.
⚠️ All appointments must be cancelled 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. If the appointment is cancelled in less then 24 hours you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to put another deposit down to rebook.
⚠️ A cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be required and charged to the card on file or required by you if you cancel less then 24 hrs from your appointment.
I am considerate that emergencies happen. Please extend the same courtesy, I will extend the courtesy to you. Please communicate throughly with me if you have an emergency. We will discuss rebooking. Emergencies will be considered on client to client basis.

Same day no show or cancellations will result in a charge of 100% of the full service.
All deposits are applied to the balance due upon completion of your service.
All appointments have a 15 minute grace period. Being more than 15 minutes late may get your appointment pushed back. Although, you may still be serviced, I will be servicing the next client on queue if available. However, being late to the last appointment slot in the day can result in being rescheduled. I will also extend the courtesy on a client to client basis.
I accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cashapp, and Cash for remaining balances upon service completion. Please note a card processing fee of 3.5 % will be charge at check out if a credit or debit card is used and also note that 4.5 % sales tax is charge to your services as per NYS Tax and Finance policy.
